After Charlie Merrow and his brother took over Merrow Manufacturing (previously Merrow Sewing Machine Company), a 180-year-old family business that got its start selling gunpowder and knitting supplies, they realized the company was struggling to compete as an international sewing machine manufacturer.

Merrow was running on an existing on-premise ERP software system, which Charlie realized was a major roadblock to competing aggressively with Chinese manufacturers and generating future growth. Three years ago, Merrow implemented the Kenandy Cloud ERP on Salesforce platform. Since deploying the platform, Merrow has started three new business lines and doubled its top line revenue.
